Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Minimum order ₹199, delivery across Karnataka, and clear dispatch and delivery timelines. Document ST/JAN/POL/2026/01, Version 1.0, effective 21 September 2026.

How an order is confirmed

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed only when full payment has been received and the order appears in My Orders, along with a confirmation by notification, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • The minimum order value is ₹199.

Where we deliver

  • Janani currently delivers within the State of Karnataka only.
  • The serviceable area is determined by the delivery PIN code entered at checkout. Orders cannot be placed for a PIN code outside Karnataka.

Delivery charge

  • A delivery charge of ₹40 applies to orders with an item value below ₹499.
  • Delivery is free on orders with an item value of ₹499 and above. The charge applies once per order and is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

  • Packaged food and ready-stock handmade goods are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Made-to-order products are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery time after dispatch

  • Bengaluru and major Karnataka cities: 2 to 3 working days.
  • Other locations within Karnataka: 3 to 5 working days.
  • These are estimates based on partner performance and are not guarantees.

Delivery partners and tracking

  • Orders are delivered through India Post and other delivery partners. Tracking details are sent by SMS or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
  • Delivery partners make up to two delivery attempts.

Receiving your order

  • Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. A damaged or already-opened parcel may be refused at the door.
  • If an issue is noticed after delivery, report it with photographs or a video within the return window of 48 hours.
