Open your store
Create a seller account and share accurate business, contact and settlement details.

Complete verification
Pay the ₹1,400/year seller membership online. Janani then reviews KYC and applicable licences before approving your store. A 5% platform fee applies per sale.

Tell her story
List each product with Her Name and Her Story, then manage stock and orders from the seller dashboard.
Seller Verification
Janani verifies sellers through KYC, including Aadhaar/PAN, bank details, GST and FSSAI where applicable, followed by Janani admin approval before the store goes live.
Delivery areas and customer care
Janani delivers within the State of Karnataka only, determined by the delivery PIN code entered at checkout. Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days for ready stock and 3–5 working days for made-to-order items, and reach Bengaluru and major Karnataka cities in 2–3 working days, other Karnataka locations in 3–5 working days.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Damaged, wrong, expired or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Approved refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days.
